The M0102 is a new question on the Oasis Form. This questions ask: Date of physician ordered Start of Care (ROC).

Example: If the physician order for a patient to be seen on June 15 and the patient is not available on that date, the date the patient wants to be seen is the SOC/ROC date. This date is place in M0102 if you get a new doctor’s order from the physician stating the service to began on the new date. If you do not get a new doctor’s order then you are to choose the second option in this area,which states NA- No specific SOC date ordered by the physician.
