Q: Who can perform the comprehensive assessment when OT services are the only ordered for a Medicare patient?

A: OT cannot perform the assessment of a eligibility for Medicare patients, but may conduct subsequent assessments of Medicare patients. Only the RN ot PT can conduct Comprehensive assessment for medicare patient.
